Coverage Standard

Geography exists before market data does.

County and city foundation: DRCOG member governments and U.S. Census place geography. ZIP foundation: 2025 Census ZCTA boundary intersections; HUD-USPS residential ratios pending. Neighborhood foundation: Official municipal boundaries, MLS subdivisions, and Erin-reviewed local names.

When a neighborhood or ZIP release is not available, pages show Denver Metro direction in a separate context section rather than presenting it as local data.
