Privacy Policy

This plain-language policy explains what we collect when you request a property review, download the Seller Offer Worksheet, or use a private dashboard.

What may be collected

Depending on the path you choose: name, email, optional phone, broad city/county/ZIP, property address, unit, communication preference, decision context, property notes, consent choices, and campaign attribution. We do not intentionally request protected-class information. Please do not put it in free-text fields.

Why we use it

We use request information to deliver the resource you asked for, preserve a review request, prevent duplicate submissions, respond to your questions, and decide whether property-specific research is useful. Optional marketing or text updates are used only when you separately opt in.

Storage and service providers

Request records are stored in Airtable for Erin's business review. If transactional email is enabled, Resend may process delivery data. If a GoHighLevel handoff is later enabled, it will be a separately controlled, consent-aware workflow. Calendly may process scheduling information when you choose to book through an external link. We do not sell personal information.

Browser storage

The property-dashboard intake may save an unfinished form on your device so you can continue after a reload, and campaign attribution may be stored to preserve source context. Do not use a shared device for private requests; clear browser storage if needed. The worksheet download flow does not store contract documents in the browser.

Retention, deletion, and choices

We keep request records only as long as reasonably needed for the request, business records, safety, and legal obligations. You may ask for access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of optional marketing/text consent by emailing us. We will verify the request before changing a record and will honor opt-out requests for future optional messages.

Security and limits

We use signed sessions, server-side validation, rate limits, no-store controls for private routes, and approval gates for private reports. No internet transmission or email is guaranteed to be completely secure. Never upload contracts, financial account numbers, passwords, or identity documents through a public form.

Children and changes

This service is not directed to children. We may update this policy when the product, vendors, or applicable requirements change; the review date on this page will be updated with material changes.

This is a plain-language product policy, not legal advice. Erin should review it with appropriate privacy and real-estate counsel before broad advertising, CRM, texting, or AI integrations are enabled.
